The tender octopus pulpo a la gallega was a highlight, perfectly cooked and seasoned to perfection. Accompanied by a glass of locally sourced Albariño, the experience was truly unforgettable. The breakfast buffet surpassed my expectations with its diverse offerings and high-quality food selection. Each morning, I eagerly sampled the array of freshly baked pastries and regional specialties, setting the perfect tone for a day of exploration.Alfonso IX Hotel not only provided a comfortable stay but also tantalized my taste buds with its culinary innovation.
